Terms and Conditions for Balloon University Subscription Products

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using any of the subscriptions within Balloon Unviersity, including but not limited to the School of Business, School of Design, and Custom Color Recipe Book, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Subscription Services: Your subscription provides access to Balloon University and some or all of its programs. The features and content of the subscription may be subject to change without prior notice.

3. Subscription Fees: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription in a timely manner. The subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Automatic Renewal: The subscription may renew automatically at the end of each subscription term, unless canceled by the subscriber. You will be charged the applicable subscription fees for the next term unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

7. User Conduct: You agree not to use the subscription product for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others. You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the subscription product or its associated servers and networks.

8. Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided as part of the subscription product are the property of Pop of Color Balloon Design or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not take screen shots, download, or share any of the content within Balloon University or any of its training programs. Violators will be prosecuted.

9. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the subscription or the inability to use it.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
